District 153 and Jewel/Osco are hosting another vaccine event at James Hart School on Tuesday, June 22nd from 3:00-6:00 PM. Get your 1st or 2nd dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
- Pfizer Vaccine - 2 doses required to be fully vaccinated
- Authorized by FDA for individuals 12 years old and up
- Minors must be accompanied by parent/guardian - consent required for both doses
- If you received your vaccine at the June 1 event at James Hart, please come for dose #2 - no appointment necessary.
- If you have not received any doses, click here to schedule dose #1. Dose #2 will be given at Jewel Osco Pharmacy on Halsted on/around July 13—no appointment necessary.
