Welcome to Room 43!

Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year! I am so excited that you will be in Room 43!

My name is Ms. Valvis. This is my first year teaching and my first at Willow! I student-taught in 4th grade, but 2nd grade was my favorite growing up. I am getting my master's in elementary education at University of St. Francis. I live in Villa Park with my parents, older sister, niece, and a cat named Chewy. I love to read, do puzzles and shop at Five Below, Target and Amazon. I love to eat at McDonald's, Starbucks and Jimmy Johns. Peanut butter M&M’s and Starburst are my favorite candies. 

I can not wait to learn with all of you this year!
