About Mrs. Foster

Hello Willow Student and Families!  My name is Angela Foster.  I am excited for this school year.  It is sure to be full of new experiences and a new kind of fun.  This is my second year at Willow, after teaching seven years in Indiana.  I live in Homewood and love our village.  I am a Willow Mom.  My daughter, Anderson, is in second grade.  I also have a daughter in Kindergarten. Like me, she is so happy to be a Willow Wildcat.  Teaching is a second career for me.  I graduated from Purdue University Calumet with a Bachelors in Business Administration, Accounting.  My love of math soon felt like a joy I wanted to share.  After more than ten years in accounting, I completed a Transition to Teaching graduate program.  Everyday, I am grateful for the opportunity to work with children and encourage a lifelong love of learning.
